Mount Felix Tapestry

Thursday, 2 August 2018 (All day) to Tuesday, 23 October 2018 (All day)

The organisation of the Mount Felix Tapestry Tour is well underway.  Its first venue is going to be the Papakura Museum and it will be open to the public from August 2nd until September 23rd.  There is going to be a public talk given by Andrew Crummy, the designer, on August 4th (Saturday) in the morning.  Full details still need to be finalised but as soon as I know more I will let all the Presidents know.  Andrew is also responsible for designing many wonderful tapestries such as the Prestonpans and Great Scottish Tapestries and he will be a very entertaining speaker.  Save the date if you are interested.  There will be a special New Zealand panel coming that will be stitched as it tours and there will be the opportunity to stitch in public while the exhibition is open.

More details as they come to hand will be sent your Presidents.
